Bryce & Zion National Parks

Updated: Jan 31, 2022

It was a great trip with my good german friend Christian Sieber and another Armenian girl, dont remember her name now, went on Thanksgiving break. We rented a car from Bay area, went through death valley to Bryce and Zion national parks, Utah and spent one day in Las Vegas. The drive back was horrible as it was supposed to be done in 8 hours but because of heavy traffic it took us 16 hours, very painful :(.

Death Valley:

Bryce National Park:

The hike was pretty good and the temperatures were very low so had to wear layers of clothing. Started early in the morning and by the time we were done, it was in the evening and almost cold. The views are breath taking, need to be careful when you take a walk on the slippery melted ice.

Zion Canyon:

The next day Christian and I went for Zion hike. The hike is bit difficult compared to Bryce and also lot of people are in this area. The mountains are similar to Zion but much more steep to climb. Once can see various layers of rock formation over centuries.
