Date March 11 2022: The hike is a short one of around 1.2KMs on a big rock hill. However the view is nice and even though the weather is hot once you get to the top its very nice with cool breeze. It over looks a river probably Thungabadhra. There are some huge holes on the rocks where there are some trees, perfect spot to camp and cook some food. It would be nice to stay whole night in these holes.
The spot is around 50kms out of Bangalore and better plan to ride early in the morning. It was horrible 2 hours in the traffic while getting back on the Mysore Road at noon, probably should have taken Nalagamala road.
